The ideal candidate should possess robust communication, analytical, and interpretation skills, and be eager to gain hands-on exposure in corporate compliance, legal advisory, and regulatory matters relevant to fintech and consulting domains.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of statutory records, registers, resolutions, and returns as per the Companies Act, 2013.

Support the drafting and vetting of legal documents, agreements, and policies.

Conduct legal and regulatory research, and interpret circulars, notifications, and updates relevant to fintech and consultancy sectors.

Coordinate and assist in organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings; drafting of notices, agendas, and minutes.

Liaise with clients,



consultants, and regulatory authorities including ROC, MCA, RBI, etc.

Assist in maintaining compliance dashboards and reports.

Participate in internal projects, audits, and compliance health-checks for clients.

Requirements Candidate Requirements: Educational Qualification: CS Executive (both groups cleared).

Pursuing final level of ICSI and eligible for management training.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
