Swastik Enterprises is hiring a responsible CSC / UHBVN Portal Executive to manage online applications, solar customer documentation and electricity-board-related portal work.

Key Responsibilities
Handle CSC Centre and online government portal work.
Process UHBVN solar connection and net-metering applications.
Work on electricity connection, name-change and load-increase applications.
Handle PM Surya Ghar Yojana registration and customer application tracking.
Manage vendor selection, agreement upload and application status updates.
Upload and verify Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, electricity bill, bank passbook and other required documents.
Track feasibility approval, bank loan, installation, net metering, DCR and subsidy stages.
Scan, upload, download and maintain customer documents properly.
Follow up on pending applications and resolve basic portal-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of submitted,



approved and pending applications.
Coordinate with customers, office staff and the solar installation team.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience or knowledge of CSC Centre operations is preferred.
Knowledge of UHBVN or electricity-board portal work will be preferred.
Basic understanding of PM Surya Ghar Yojana and solar file processing is an advantage.
Valuable computer, internet, email, scanning and document-uploading skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Positive typing and data-entry skills.
Candidate should be responsible, accurate, punctual and willing to learn.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Graduates will be preferred.
Freshers with strong computer knowledge may also apply.
Male and female candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month. Final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, portal knowledge and work performance.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
