We are hiring a Senior Executive Finance & Accounts to manage accounting finalization, audits, tax compliance, MIS reporting, and financial analysis while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Package: Up to ₹13 LPA Industry: Open Key Responsibilities - Manage monthly account closure, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
Oversee statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
Finalize annual and half-yearly financial statements as per IGAAP and Accounting Standards.
Ensure timely annual return filings and ROC compliance requirements.
Prepare CMA financial data for banks and credit rating agencies.
Manage corporate tax compliance, including tax returns, advance tax estimates, and TDS filings.
Handle income tax assessments, scrutiny notices, litigation matters, and representation before authorities.

Looking For - Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience
Proven experience in preparing financial statements as per IGAAP and Accounting Standards.
Hands-on experience with MIS reporting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and DTAA regulations will be an added advantage.
