We are looking for a Commis Chef who can support daily kitchen operations by assisting senior chefs in prep, cooking, plating, hygiene, and station discipline. The role requires robust basics, speed, cleanliness, and willingness to learn.

Production & Preparation
Prepare mise-en-place (cutting, marination, gravies, dough, batters, basic sauces) as per SOP/recipe.
Assist in cooking and finishing items under supervision.
Follow portioning and plating standards to maintain taste and consistency.
Support bulk production for cloud kitchen/commissary (if applicable).

Quality & Food Safety
Maintain hygiene as per FSSAI and internal food safety standards.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Monitor holding temperatures, reheating, and cross-contamination control.
Report any quality issues (raw material, taste, smell, spoilage) immediately.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
