Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Call Center Executive, based in Koyambedu,Chennai.
The Call Center
Executive will handle online enquiries across multiple platforms ,customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently. They will also assist in managing incoming calls, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and coordinating with other departments to address customer needs. Additionally,
promoting products and services and upselling will be part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills for effectively addressing client needs and fostering satisfaction
Proven abilities in Communication, both written and verbal, to engage with customers in a qualified and empathetic manner.Tamil and english fluency is a must .
Experience in working in sales is preferred
Basic skills in Sales, with the ability to upsell or promote company products when appropriate ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and document customer interactions accurately
Robust problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer concerns effectively
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
Educational background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor's degree or vocational certification in a relevant field is advantageous
