Dear Candidates,

We are looking for Product Development Engineer Value Engineering (VAVE)/ Cost & Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional product development and improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive VA/VE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) initiatives for cost reduction and product optimization.
Identify and implement product design changes to improve performance, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Analyze BOM, SIR, and product data to evaluate feasibility of cost-saving ideas.
Conduct product teardown studies and generate improvement ideas for future projects.
Create and execute design validation and testing plans (DVP&R;) for design changes.
Apply engineering methodologies such as DFMEA, 8D, A3 problem solving, and Six Sigma tools.
Perform GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure design robustness.
Work on Creo CAD modeling and Windchill PLM for product design changes and documentation.
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and engineering teams to achieve project cost and quality targets.
