Role & responsibilities

•Responsible for release of monthly operations presentation covering production, cost, and key performance parameters for management review.

•Responsible for release and analysis of variable cost actuals versus budget, including detailed variance analysis and identification of key cost drivers.

•Responsible for analysis of procurement cost for coal and other raw materials to monitor price trends and consumption efficiency.

•Responsible for updation of standard cost estimates in SAP in line with changes in input cost and operational parameters.

•Responsible for facilitating internal and external audits by providing required MIS data, reports, and supporting documents.

•Responsible for cost audit compliance, including preparation and submission of necessary data and coordination with auditors.





•Responsible for monitoring Capex projects with respect to cost, budget and timelines, and highlighting deviations.

•Responsible for release of daily reports on variable cost to management for effective monitoring and control.

•Responsible for preparation and submission of monthly MIS reports to Head Office, Chennai, and Technical Services Cell.

•Responsible for troubleshooting and providing functional support for SAP CO module to ensure smooth system operations.

•Responsible for preparation and maintenance of coal control sheet including tracking of stock, consumption, and variance.
