We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Freshers with valuable communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints in a skilled and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide prompt support.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
