Key Responsibilities
Contact customers who have submitted inquiries for salon services.
Understand customer preferences, budget, location, and required services.
Recommend suitable Trakky partner salons.
Explain available services, packages, pricing, offers, and memberships.
Address customer questions and build confidence in the recommended salon.
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Coordinate with partner salons for appointment availability when required.
Follow up with customers who have not yet confirmed their booking.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and booking status.
Achieve daily and monthly booking conversion targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build trust and provide outstanding customer service.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and CRM software.
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
