Key Responsibilities  Prepare detailed GA drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings for PEB/roofing/cladding projects.  Design and prepare layouts for roof & wall cladding, insulated panels, FRP/polycarbonate sheets, gutters, flashings, louvers, and ventilators.  Coordinate with clients, project teams, and site engineers for design approvals and project execution.  Conduct site visits for design verification, inspections, and technical support.  Prepare BOQs and material take-offs.  Develop 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.  Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.  Provide technical support during project execution and coordinate with cross functional teams.

Required Skills  Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).  Working knowledge of SketchUp.  Experience in roofing, cladding, PEB structures,



or insulated panel systems.  Understanding of fabrication drawings and detailing.  Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Educational

Qualification  Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in PEB, roofing, cladding, sheeting, or steel structure companies will be preferred.
