Job Title: Consultant Physician (MBBS + DNB General Medicine)

Job Summary The Consultant Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients by diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic illnesses. The role includes OPD/IPD care, emergency management, multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
Coordinate with specialists for referrals and multidisciplinary patient care.
Supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff when required.




Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Participate in hospital quality initiatives, clinical audits, and CMEs.
Ensure compliance with NABH guidelines and hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention and lifestyle modifications.
Participate in emergency and on-call duties as per the hospital roster.

Qualifications
MBBS + DNB (General Medicine) from a recognized institution.
Valid National Medical Commission (NMC)/State Medical Council registration.

Experience
0–5 years of post-DNB experience (Fresh DNB candidates may also apply).
