Provideregularandtimelyinformationtothepatientsregardinganychangeinschedule, instructionsoranyother relatedinformation.
Completeall paper formalitiesw.r.t general, corporate, govt beneficiaryor insurancepatient, scheduled for surgeryorprocedures.
ShareOTschedulewiththesurgeonsondailybasis.
Ensureavailabilityofsurgeonsandanesthetistsforsurgeriesscheduleddaily.




PrepareOTlistondailybasisandsubmitthecopiesatvariousdepartments.
EnsureavailabilityofIPDfilesanddischargecardsforthenextdayssurgeries. 11.Workincoordinationwithdoctorstopassanyspecificinstructionsw.r.t.patient’ssurgeryorprocedureandassist themincompletingtheiroperationfiles.
Handletelephonicqueriesofthepatientsandconducttelephoniccounsellingforthem.
AssistpatientsinfillingmedicalclaimsforGovtbeneficiariesandothercorporates/insurancebeneficiaries.
Preparemedicalcertificates/reportsforpatientsincoordinationwiththetreatingdoctors.
