Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.

Mentor and support team members to foster skilled growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.

Robust knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.

Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex projects.

Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business requirements.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions across multiple teams.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.

This position is based at our Indore office.
