We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Fresher) to assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving basic issues, and providing excellent customer service through phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries professionally.
Resolve basic customer issues or escalate when required.
Maintain accurate customer records and updates.
Follow up on customer requests and complaints.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Any graduate holder.
Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
