Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.

Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance practices.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
