We are looking for a Customer Support Executive - Back Office who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information through inbound calls, emails, or chats while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Willing to do Night Shift & Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer complaints, queries, and concerns in a timely manner
Provide correct information regarding products, services, and policies
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets and quality standards
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality at all times
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
