We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Interns to join our Student Support team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound student queries related to admissions and providing first-level support to ensure a smooth admission experience.
This is a non-sales role involving only inbound calls. No outbound calling or sales targets are involved.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from students regarding admission-related queries.
Guide students through the admission process.
Assist students in resolving issues while filling admission forms.
Coordinate with the technical team for technical concerns.
Follow up on pending queries until resolution.
Maintain records of student interactions and issue resolutions.
Ensure a positive student experience throughout the admission process.
Eligibility
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and email handling.
Positive interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
