What you’ll do:
Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other support channels
Provide quick, friendly, and effective solutions to customer concerns
Manage order-related queries, updates, and complaints
Ensure a smooth customer experience from purchase to delivery
Work closely with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a strong understanding of our products and brand values
What we’re looking for:
Robust communication skills (written + verbal)
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks
Prior customer support experience is a plus
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
