Job Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Explain weighing-scale products, features, prices and applications.
Demonstrate products and assist customers in selecting the right product.
Handle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Prepare quotations and follow up with interested customers.
Maintain customer details and basic sales records.
Coordinate with the service, accounts and dispatch teams.
Maintain proper product display and cleanliness at the showroom.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in counter sales or retail sales.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Comfortable learning and explaining technical products.
Candidates with experience in electronics, appliances, hardware, machinery or industrial products will be preferred.
