Globiva is hiring experienced sales specialists for the Flipkart Upselling Process. This role involves engaging customers, promoting products, and driving sales conversions with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to promote and upsell Flipkart products/services.
Deliver excellent customer experience through transparent communication and persuasive sales techniques.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies during customer interactions.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred (same‑day joining available)
Work Schedule: 6 days working | 1 rotational off
Salary: Up to ₹19,000 CTC per month
