We are actively hiring for Customer Support & Sales Executives for the Ather Voice + Chat Process at our Brookefield, Bangalore location.

In this role, you will manage both voice calls and digital chat channels to assist customers, resolve product/service queries, and drive sales conversions. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat interactions to answer customer queries, provide product information, and resolve issues effectively.
Upsell products/services and convert leads to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT) across both voice and chat communication channels.
Accurately document customer details, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Work closely with team leaders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, first-contact resolution, and sales targets.

Role Qualifications & Eligibility
Education:



Open to Graduates or Undergraduates in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (Prior experience in BPO, sales, telecalling, or customer support is a strong plus).
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication in English PLUS fluency in any two regional languages.
Skills: Strong typing skills for chat support, sales orientation, active listening, and problem-solving ability.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly CTC: ₹23,000 / month
Take-Home Salary: ₹22,500 / month
