Contact all fresh enquires received through online and offline activities.
Respond to enquiries promptly (preferably within 5–10 minutes during working hours).
Qualify leads by understanding their hearing concerns and requirements.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.

Patient Consultation
Understand the patient's hearing difficulties.
Explain different hearing aid options in easy, easy-to-understand language.
Build trust through empathetic communication.
Educate patients about hearing tests, hearing loss, hearing aid trials, and after-sales services.
Address common objections and concerns professionally.

Appointment Scheduling
Schedule hearing tests and consultations with the audiologist.
Coordinate appointment timings.
Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule when required.

Follow-up & Conversion




Regularly follow up with interested prospects.
Re-engage inactive or pending leads.
Convert enquiries into clinic visits and hearing aid trials.
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule until the lead is closed.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain positive relationships with patients.
Ensure a smooth and qualified customer experience.
Coordinate with the audiology team to provide seamless patient support.
Collect patient feedback after appointments.

Reporting
Update daily call logs.
Track lead status and conversion progress.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Achieve appointment booking and conversion targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
