Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our Kia Service team in Pollachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, service follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates with experience in the automobile industry are preferred; however, freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
Follow up with customers after vehicle service to collect feedback.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Inform customers about service campaigns, offers, and reminders.
Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure smooth customer communication.
Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) targets and maintain service quality standards.




Prepare daily and monthly customer follow-up reports.

Required Skills
Positive verbal communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM software).
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Eligibility
Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 1–2 years in the automobile industry preferred; Freshers can also apply.
Local candidates from Pollachi or nearby areas are highly preferred.
