Diamond ERP Literacy: Experience operating prominent diamond-specific management platforms (such as Diamond ERP, Jewel-ERP, or custom internal stock systems).
Advanced Data Hygiene: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for running massive multi-sheet inventory sheets, sorting functions, and formulas.
Absolute Discretion: Ability to pass rigorous background checks and sign a zero-tolerance data integrity and confidentiality agreement.
Executing data entry for finalized domestic and export sales, linking stones by their specific grading certificate numbers (e.g., GIA, IGI) to customer invoices.
aintaining exact system entries for diamond packets dispatched via brokers on memo (jangad), updating status to "Sold" or "Returned to Stock" post-negotiation.
