Role Description This full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role is based in Delhi,The position involves handling customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via digital channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with appointments, test drives, and service bookings, coordinating with sales and service teams, and maintaining records in dealership systems. The role also includes proactively following up with customers, resolving concerns, and supporting a seamless showroom and service experience.

Qualifications
Strong customer interaction skills, with experience as a Customer Service Representative or in similar customer-facing roles.
Ability to provide high-quality Customer Support and maintain robust Customer Service standards.
Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and consistently positive Customer Experience.
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced automotive retail setting, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems; ability to learn dealership-specific tools.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to customer issues.
Relevant education in business, hospitality, or a related field; prior experience in automotive or retail customer service is an advantage.
