Key Responsibilities: ● Provide support for Windows and macOS operating systems. ● Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and related hardware. ● Resolve software issues including application errors, updates, and drivers. ● Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi). ● Use remote desktop tools (e.g., LogMeIn, UltraViewer) for remote support.

Technical Skills: ● Strong knowledge of operating systems and hardware. ● Familiar with software diagnostics and basic networking. ● Proficient in remote access tools.

Soft Skills: ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. ● Patient, empathetic, and user-focused. ● Robust multitasking and teamwork abilities. Problem-Solving: ● Productive in diagnosing and resolving technical problems
