Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and answering product or service questions.
Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound communication.
Follow up with prospective customers and schedule appointments when appropriate.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company's CRM system.
Update customer records and document all interactions.
Process customer requests, orders, and service inquiries.
Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track lead progress and customer follow-ups to support business objectives.
Meet customer service, lead generation, and productivity goals.
Prepare basic reports and maintain organized records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
