Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Deputy General Manager Quality Control & Quality Assurance (QC/QA) with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems across multiple residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Master's degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or Quality Management (Preferred).
Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management certification is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement organization-wide Quality Control (QC)



and Quality Assurance (QA) strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Establish and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with applicable national and international standards.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, contract requirements, statutory regulations, and relevant building codes.
Lead quality planning, inspections, audits, and surveillance activities across multiple projects.
Monitor construction quality from excavation through finishing and handover.
