Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Your responsibilities will be crucial in ensuring the quality of tractors through product and process audits of tractor assembly, paint shop, and PTCED shop.
You will utilize your expertise in sheet metal and plastic components, support continuous process improvements, handle recent product and process implementation, and resolve concerns reported in current products. Additionally, you will be responsible for engine and transmission aggregate assembly functional knowledge, customer complaint analysis, and quality assurance functions in the assembly plant.
You will play a key role in analysing customer complaints, assembly line rejections, supplier parts, and taking corrective actions to standardize all quality procedures.
Your experience in quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949, and TPM will be valuable in implementing best practices and achieving consistent product quality.
