We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Dealer Network Manager to lead sales promotion, develop and manage a strong dealer network, and support OEM and state transport projects. The role involves coordinating with engineering, service, operations, and production teams, as well as supporting current product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and promote sales across target markets.
Develop and expand the dealer network to strengthen market presence.
Coordinate with state transport departments and vehicle OEM teams for project execution.
Support OEM teams in documentation, presentations, and project management.
Collaborate with engineering, service, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
Assist the Head of Department in new product development activities.
Maintain solid client and dealer relationships to drive growth.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in automotive sales and dealer network development.
Understanding of OEM and state transport project processes.
Solid coordination and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Exposure to product development support activities.
