Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, sterilize, and maintain hemodialysis machines and water treatment systems.
Check vital signs before, during, and after treatment, and watch for adverse reactions.
Prepare dialyzer solutions, connect and disconnect patients, and adjust fluid removal rates per doctor orders.
Document treatment data, vital signs, and machine settings in patient medical files.
