Responsibilities Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Key Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and business model.
Explain product features, perks, and investment opportunities to prospective customers in a clear and professional manner.
Motivate and guide potential clients to take up the company's dealership, franchise, or investment opportunities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings until the deal is successfully closed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure a positive customer experience.




Achieve monthly sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful dealership or franchise partners.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and support for current franchisees and investors.
Represent the company professionally while promoting its brand values and business prospects.

Primary Objective: To qualify the given leads, convert them into dealership, franchise, or investment partners, and contribute to the company's business growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
