Roles & Responsibilities
Create and manage product listings on the website and marketplaces.
Write and update product titles, descriptions, and specifications.
Upload product images and maintain product catalogs.
Update inventory, pricing, and product information.
Assist in managing orders and basic e-commerce operations.
Prepare straightforward Excel reports and maintain data accuracy.
Coordinate with the team for day-to-day operational tasks.
Help improve product listings and overall customer experience.
Requirements
Students, freshers, or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Valuable written English and communication skills.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Interest in e-commerce,
digital business, or online retail.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Familiarity with WordPress.
Basic image editing using Canva.
Knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon or Flipkart.
Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
