RAD Photography & Gifts is a creative studio specializing in portrait photography, personalized gifts, photo frames, and digital printing. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads.

Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile).
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Design creatives using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
Improve website visibility through SEO and content marketing.
Generate leads and increase customer engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with the photography and design team for marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with Canva, Photoshop,



or similar design tools.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
Robust communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Creative mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills
Photography or creative industry experience is a plus.
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation.
Experience with WordPress website management.
Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets.
