JD FOR EXECUTIVE (FOR TENDER POSTING)
Search and monitor government and private portals such as:
o Government e Marketplace (GeM) o Central Public Procurement Portal (cPPP)
o State e-procurement portals (kppp)
Download and study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
Prepare and compile technical and financial bid documents.
Upload tenders online within stipulated deadlines.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, EMD, bid security, and documentation.
Coordinate with accounts for EMD payments, bank guarantees, and tender fees.
Maintain tender records, submission reports, and tracking sheets.
Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification responses.
Follow up for tender status, corrigendums, and result announcements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
