Key Responsibilities
Creation and configuration of Material Master Data, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Production Order type-dependent parameters.
Maintain plant parameters: MRP Controller, MRP Groups, MRP Types, Lot Sizing Procedure, Availability Check for components, and procurement proposals conversion.
Address end-user issues and provide effective solutions.
Conduct end-user training sessions for SAP PP module.
Coordinate with ABAP consultants and prepare functional specifications for customized reports.
Work on planned order parameters, including order profile, availability check, and routing data control keys.
Ensure accuracy of PP-related Master Data:
Material Master: Configure records, select views,
create recent product items.
BOM: Update BOMs per engineering/design feedback, maintain change history using change numbers.
Work Centers: Create/maintain work centers with capacity data and customizing parameters.
Routings: Create/update routings to reflect changes in product process flow.
