Apollo Pharmacy is looking for a dynamic and relationship-oriented Doctor Connect Executive to strengthen engagement with healthcare specialists and enhance collaboration with doctors. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) in a pharmaceutical company and possess strong communication and relationship management skills. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain solid skilled relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.

Regularly meet doctors to promote Apollo Pharmacy's healthcare services, patient care initiatives, and business programs. Identify opportunities to increase doctor referrals and strengthen partnerships. Plan and execute doctor engagement activities, CMEs, health camps, and awareness programs.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of doctor engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions and submit periodic activity reports. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the management.

Achieve assigned targets related to doctor engagement and business growth.
