Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced eBay Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our jewellery business on the eBay marketplace. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in eBay Seller Hub, product listing, catalogue management, listing optimization, inventory management, and sales performance analysis. Experience in the Jewellery, Diamond, or Fashion Accessories industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and manage jewellery product listings on the eBay marketplace.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, item specifics, and keywords for better search visibility.
Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and stock updates.
Monitor order processing, shipping, returns, and customer inquiries.
Ensure account health by maintaining eBay performance standards.
Conduct keyword research and implement eBay SEO best practices.
Perform bulk uploads and catalogue updates using Excel or CSV files.
Coordinate with photography, design, and content teams for product images and descriptions.
Track marketplace performance and prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitors' pricing, trends, and product offerings.
Resolve listing errors, policy violations, and account-related issues.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 5 years of experience managing eBay marketplace accounts.
Experience in the Jewellery, Diamond, Luxury Goods, or Fashion Accessories industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and jewellery terminology is an advantage.
