Key Functions:

Perform vendor material inspections for all electrical equipment in accordance with applicable IS/IEC standards.

Conduct in office inspections to verify installation and workmanship as per approved drawings, specifications, and checklists.

Carry out drawing verification at site (shop-floor verification) and ensure compliance during pre, during, and post-installation stages.

Issue Site Observation Reports (SORs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to vendors for deviations and ensure timely closure.

Perform mock-up inspections and approvals prior to mass execution.

Maintain complete site quality documentation, including inspection records, checklists, test reports, and client formats.

Prepare and maintain weekly quality PPTs and share daily documentation with the client.

Ensure quality execution on site in line with client requirements, approved standards, and best practices.

Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and quality training for vendor and staff teams.

Lead weekly quality review meetings with vendors and follow up on action items.

Ensure all client-mandated documentation formats are properly maintained and updated.
