Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Schedule vehicle sales or service appointments.
Follow up with customers regarding test drives, vehicle delivery, and service reminders.
Maintain customer records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Address customer complaints and coordinate with sales or service teams for resolution.
Conduct customer satisfaction (CSI) feedback calls after vehicle purchase or service.
Explain promotions, offers, service packages, and warranty information.
Prepare daily and monthly reports on customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Help achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
