Job Title: CRE & Allocation Assistant

Job Summary

Fitreat is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRE & Allocation Assistant to support client operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, dietitians, trainers, and internal teams while managing daily operational activities and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the monthly client feedback calendar.

Send feedback requests to clients through WATI as per the schedule.

Monitor, review, and respond to client feedback promptly.

Coordinate with clients, dietitians, and trainers to resolve queries and concerns.

Verify client–dietitian/trainer chat history before taking action.

Track and document negative feedback, communication gaps, and missed follow-ups.

Send skilled emails regarding batch shifts, freeze requests, approvals, and client follow-ups.

Schedule and publish feeds for all active batches through the company portal.





Support client allocation and ensure timely assignment of clients to the appropriate dietitians and trainers.

Maintain accurate client records, operational trackers, and reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day customer operations and high client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers and candidates with experience in Customer Support, Operations, or Customer Relationship Management are welcome to apply.

Experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or customer support platforms is an added advantage.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid organizational and coordination abilities.

Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
