About the Role We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for both B2B and B2C businesses. This is a highly accountable role where the candidate will own the lead generation function and work closely with the sales and leadership teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.



Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads through paid and organic channels. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.

Develop and implement SEO and content marketing strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation. Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates. Who We're Looking For 3–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a solid focus on lead generation and performance marketing.

Proven track record of generating qualified leads and improving campaign ROI. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred.
