Role & responsibilities

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and project documents.

Develop machine operation, installation, and maintenance manuals.

Coordinate with Design, Production, QA, and Projects teams to collect and verify technical information.

Prepare customer documentation such as FAT/SAT documents, validation documents, and compliance records.

Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and timely submission as per project requirements.

Maintain documentation in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience in technical documentation, preferably in machinery or engineering manufacturing.

Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management practices.

Solid communication skills and attention to detail.
