Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – C&I; Solar Projects

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and current CTC)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar Projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in the solar industry, with the ability to coordinate effectively between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with C&I; solar project customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and project updates.
Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
Ensure timely communication regarding project progress and milestones.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records, project documentation, and follow-up reports.
Support project handover and post-installation customer satisfaction.




Ensure a high level of customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline).
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Solar Industry, preferably in C&I; Solar Projects.
Solid communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of solar project execution and customer handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
