We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Industrial Design Engineer to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate should be capable of conceptualizing, developing, and refining aesthetically pleasing, user-centered, and manufacturable product designs. This role combines creative design thinking with practical engineering principles to bring product ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, manufacturing) to understand product requirements and constraints.
Translate concepts and user needs into sketches, 3D models, renderings, and prototypes.
Design and develop cutting-edge product forms and interfaces with a solid focus on ergonomics, usability, and aesthetics.
Use tools like SolidWorks, Rhino, CATIA, Alias, and KeyShot for CAD modeling and visualization.
Support material selection, surface treatment decisions, and production processes.
Create technical drawings and documentation for prototyping and production handover.
Engage in user research, benchmarking, and usability testing to validate design concepts.




Work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and production quality.
Stay updated on trends in materials, design, and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent discipline.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial/product design.
Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, etc.
Solid sketching and ideation skills.
Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes (injection molding, sheet metal, 3D printing, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and passion for design quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, healthcare, or lifestyle products.
Exposure to sustainable design principles.
Basic understanding of engineering constraints and DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly).
Familiarity with UX principles and HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) is a plus.
