Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training) About The Role We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to make AI smarter — and we need electrical engineers to help get there. As an Electrical Engineering AI Trainer, you'll stress-test cutting-edge language models against real, advanced engineering problems, expose their weaknesses, and help build the next generation of technically rigorous AI. This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role — work on your schedule, from anywhere.
Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced electrical engineering problems spanning circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, embedded systems, and control theory to push AI models to their limits
Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation
Audit AI Outputs — Review and assess AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)
Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify logical gaps and flawed reasoning in AI responses,
then provide structured feedback to improve model performance on complex engineering tasks Who You Are Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
