Role Objective To coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design activities, ensuring timely review, approval, and implementation of design deliverables in alignment with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate design submissions and reviews related to RCC dam and associated works.
Ensure effective interface management between design, construction, and client teams.
Track design deliverables, approvals, and revisions as per project schedule.
Identify design conflicts and support timely technical resolutions.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.
Support technical meetings and maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in design and design coordination of infrastructure projects.
Experience in dam / hydropower projects is preferred.
Solid understanding of design review processes and construction interfaces.
Positive coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
