Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer will design and deliver engaging online lessons covering core and advanced digital marketing topics, including AI-powered marketing tools and strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials and curricula, conducting live remote classes, guiding learners through practical projects, and providing feedback on assignments and portfolios.

The trainer will mentor learners on career readiness, industry best practices, and use of premium marketing tools, while collaborating with the team to continuously improve course content and learning outcomes. This is a part-time,



remote role that requires consistent availability during scheduled class hours and responsiveness to learner queries.

Qualifications
Robust practical expertise in digital marketing domains such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, analytics platforms, and major advertising and automation tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketing automation and CRM systems).
Proven ability to design curricula, create training content, and deliver interactive online sessions using modern EdTech platforms.
Skilled in explaining complex concepts clearly, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring diverse learners toward job readiness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and comfort speaking to groups in an online setting.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part time schedules, and collaborate with the academic and operations teams.
Prior teaching, corporate training, or coaching experience in digital marketing or related fields is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
