The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding products, services, and ongoing requirements.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams for timely issue resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Schedule customer meetings, calls, and follow-up activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling company services.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills
