Job Summary The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting the company's online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The role involves coordinating product listings, inventory updates, order processing, promotions, customer support coordination, and performance tracking to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while driving online sales growth Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales, or Marketplace Operations.

Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

Knowledge

Marketplace Seller Central platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket).

Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO for product listings.

Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs.





Track and coordinate order processing, dispatch, returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Execute online promotions, campaigns, discounts, and recent product launches across marketplaces.

Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports (MIS).

Coordinate with marketplace account managers to improve product visibility, sales, and operational performance.

Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback, and coordinate timely resolution of customer issues.

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and company standards.

Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate product master data, pricing records, and other e-commerce documentation.

Identify prospects to improve online sales, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Track marketplace performance metrics and recommend corrective actions where required.

Support the implementation of current e-commerce initiatives, tools, and process improvements.

Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager to support the organization's e-commerce business objectives.
